100% pure Lemon Balm hydrosol ( Melissa officinalis )

Hydrosols often smell different than their essential oil counterparts. Usually more mild and faint although they still retain many of the good properties of the plant. 
This Lemon Balm is slightly lemony but mostly fresh and grassy in aroma.
